WEARING
BENEFIT HIGH BEAM AND BENETINT
As a twenty-something woman, I should probably be fantasizing about being some sort of single world traveling lawyer who doesn’t need a man to be happy or something. Instead my daydreams are filled with images of weddings, baking, and being one of those cool pregnant women who you see speedwalking in packs with their lattes and lululemons. Although I’m in no rush to be one of these women, I can get part of the way there by faking the coveted pregnant lady glow using Benefit’s High Beam complexion luminizer and Benetint stain. Just put three dots of High Beam on either side of your face about half way between the apples of your cheeks and your eyes. Then add a little Benetint on each dot and rub it in in an upward motion towards your temples. It give you such a dewy glow that it’ll make your boyfriend nervous.

WANTING
NARS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE DUO CREAM EYESHADOW
As the maid of honor in my best bud’s wedding, I guess I should start getting used to seafoam. This eyeshadow palette from NARS seems like the perfect start.

LISTENING
THE GREAT LAKE SWIMMERS
I love Canadian music. Even the hard rock and hiphop is so wholesome. Even though the Great Lake Swimmers are from Toronto, their music is filled with the spirit of the prairies. Check out this track titled Your Rocky Spine off of Ongiara, close your eyes, and imagine driving through Alberta.
